Before moving back to South Arkansas, I lived in Fort Worth for three years. During those years, I did various jobs. One job I had was working at a call center. I worked there for seven months. Luckily, it wasn’t a sales position. We handled quality surveys for Medicare-Medicaid and other health insurance companies. We had to make calls and try to get people to complete the survey which took 15-20 minutes. I talked to some interesting people while working there. In this column, I’m going to share some humorous stories from working at a call center.
