AHC Approves Bid for Improvements in Calhoun County

CALHOUN COUNTY - The Arkansas State Highway Commission has approved a bid for improvements to roadways in Calhoun County, according to Arkansas Department of Transportation (ARDOT) offi cials.
The purpose of this project is to overlay approximately 1.7 miles of selected sections of various city streets in Harrell to include Rowland Avenue, Lambert Avenue, S. John Street, S. King Street, Talbot Avenue, Jones Avenue, S. Luke Street, Timothy Street, and Calhoun 35 Spur.
C & F Construction Company, Inc. of Smackover was awarded the contract at $284,837.00.
