April Showers Continue To Bring May Floods

The Calhoun County Road Department’s brand new dump trucks start work upon arrival. The dump trucks are on the road every day repairing over 800 miles of Calhoun county roads. Judge Floyd Nutt said they run everyday to fix and prevent road damage around the county. Buying the trucks new will help cut down on delays due to repairs needed on older trucks. He believes this is the first time the county has purchased new dump trucks.
Th ere never seems to be a road without need of repair and these trucks that don’t need constant repair will help. Three dump trucks were purchased at a cost of $385,00.
