Arkansas State Highway and Transportation Department Meeting

The Arkansas State Highway and Transportation Department sent ten division and section heads from the Right of Way Division to answer questions concerning the proposed highway expansion through Hampton. The meeting took place in the Calhoun County Courthouse courtroom last Friday. Included in the group was the Deputy Director and Chief Operating Officer, Lorie Tudor.

 

The meeting addressed the 4-lane widening with turning curbs and sidewalks. The entire corridor for the widening is from Fordyce to El Dorado.
