Beta Club Places at Convention

The Hampton Senior Beta Club attended the Arkansas State Beta Convention held at the Hot Springs Convention Center in Hot Springs, AR on January 27th and 28th. This was the largest convention in history with over 3,300 students from across the state attending the 2-day convention. Twenty-eight students represented Hampton in various academic and artistic competitions. Competitions include tests in the core subjects of English, Math, Science and Social Studies, as well as Spanish, and Agriculture. Students can also compete in events such as Poetry, Creative Writing, Speech, and Art Competitions. There are also team competitions that allow members to collaborate in Advertising Design, Building Design, and Robotics.
