CCSO Launches Facebook Page

The Calhoun County Sheriff’s Office and the Arkansas State Police conducted a Safety Checkpoint in the North end of the County on Arkansas Highway 205 on March 1st. Several citations were issued for safety violations. The Calhoun County Sheriff’s Office also conducted a Safety Checkpoint in Locust Bayou on Highway 278.

On March 2nd, the Calhoun County Sheriff’s Office launched their Official Facebook Page. “The page will be used to get important information out to the public in a timely manner,” said Chief Deputy Andy Carter. The page can be found by searching Calhoun County Sheriff’s Office, or @CalhounCoSO.

Deputy Roger Adams attended a class in Little Rock, AR on March 5th. The class focused on Informant Management and will be useful in investigations. There are several upcoming classes that Deputies will be attending.
