City Council Appoints Alderman

The Hampton City Council appointed a new alderman for Ward 3 Seat 1. Donna Wages, Bobby Rogers, and Willie Finks approached the coucil with interest in the alderman position. The council went into executive session to discuss the position with them. After the executive session was over, Alderman Wesley Gresham made a motion to appoint Finks for the alderman position. Alderman Anita Harrod seconded the motion.
