On Sunday, March 24, the Hampton, Harrell, and Caney Creek Volunteer Fire Departments battled a house fire at 556 Archer Street in Hampton. The Locust Bayou Volunteer Fire Department was on stand by. The Calhoun County Sheriff’s Office, Hampton Police Department and ProMed arrived at the scene to assist. There were no injuries. Photo by Matt Chance
