Hampton Announces New Graduation Date

HAMPTON SCHOOL DISTRICT—The Arkansas Department of Health has approved our plan for Graduation 2020. HHS Class of 2020 Graduation will be held on Friday, July 31, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. in the High School Gymnasium.

Per Arkansas Department of Health guidance for large, indoor venue events. Face coverings (masks) will be required for all in attendance (except children 10 and under). Hampton School District will be providing masks for all graduates. All spectators should wear their own masks. Graduates will be seated on the floor, maintaining the recommended six foot social distancing guidelines of the Arkansas Department of Health.

Face coverings (masks) can only be removed by speakers and for photos during diploma presentation. Graduates will be ushered from the building immediately following the ceremony. The audience will be dismissed to exit the building in an orderly fashion following the social distancing guidelines. No congregation will be allowed.
