Hampton Officer Graduates From Academy and Ready for the Future in Hampton

On July 26, 2019 my life long dream of becoming a fully certified Arkansas Law Enforcement Officer became a reality when I graduated 3rd in my class academically from the academy.

After being sworn in as a full time Police Officer in May of 2018 in Warren, it wasn’t long before I wanted to be closer to home. In July of 2018 I proudly accepted a position with the Hampton Police Department. I began the academy in the following February where I contracted meningitis due to a nasty sinus infection and was forced to withdraw from the academy and pick up where I left off with the next class in May.

It was never easy, but always worth it. Little did I know that I wouldn’t just be accepting a job but I would be gaining a very large and caring extension of my family.
