Tristen Peebles, a senior at Hampton High School and Bulldog football player, is the recipient of the Paul Eells Award during the Landers Award Ceremony on Wednesday. The ceremony aired on KATV Channel 7. Peebles was interviewed by KATV at the Hampton High School Gym. The award is given each year to an Arkansas high school football player who exhibits perseverance, determination, courage, and resolve in the face of adversity. The award is named after Paul Eells, who was a longtime voice of the Razorbacks and KATV sports director.
