2019 Baby Miss Arkansas State Fair Queen winner is Ke’Myia Garcia of Hampton. She is the 8 month old daughter of Ilyssah Garcia & Jakari Bagwell. She is the 2019 Baby Miss Calhoun County’s 1st Runner up.
