New Superintendent Hopes to be Involved in Community

“I want to be visible, I want to be approachable,” said new superintendent Doug Worley.
Worley was hired as the new superintendent for the Hampton School District on July 1.
“I have two goals,” said Worley, “One is to address our academics and to raise our test scores. Secondly is being engaged and being active in the community and bringing all stakeholders to the table and let’s see if we can reverse or at least stop the student loss.”
