South Arkansas Regional Health Center Opens in Hampton
South Arkansas Regional Health Center is a community mental health center that offers both behavioral and substance abuse treatment on an outpatient basis. It is nationally accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF). It serves six counties in Arkansas, which are Calhoun, Dallas, Ouachita, Columbia, Union, and Nevada. It is a privatenot-for-profit organization, which is governed by a board of directors that serve on a voluntary basis. Last year the Center served 3,412 individuals.
