Doetta Sue Johnson

Doetta Sue Johnson, 77 of Hampton, AR passed away Sunday, March 15, 2020 at her home. She was born March 24, 1942 in Calion, AR to Brooks and Velma Grisham Avant. She attended Antioch Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Brooks and Velma Avant; husband, Gary W. Johnson; and brother, Jim Avant.

She is survived by her daughters, Terri Lynette Means and husband, Russell of Hampton, AR and Kimberly Jo Chapman of Fayetteville, AR; son, Jeffrey Johnson and wife, Amanda of Baytown, TX; grandchildren, Ashleigh Richeson of Canyon, TX, Janey Stephens and husband, Dalton of Baytown, TX, Sarah Miller and husband, John of Waco, TX and Riley Chapman of Fayetteville, AR; great grandchildren, Olivia and Wyatt Richeson of Canyon, TX; a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins; and sister, Martha Jo Smith and husband, David of Arkadelphia, AR.

Funeral will be 2:00PM Wednesday, March 18, 2020 at Antioch Baptist Church with burial in Salem Cemetery at Bearden, AR. Reverend Mike Nutt and Danny Harrell will officiate the service. Visitation will be 1:00PM to 2:00PM Wednesday before the service.
