James W. Bush

James W. Bush, 98, of Hampton, Arkansas died February 20,2020 in Ouachita Medical Center at Camden, Arkansas. He was retired. He was born on November 15, 1921 at Calhoun County in Hampton. He is the husband of Freddie B. Bush. His parents are Lance Bush and Eartha Mae Randall. He was a member of St. Paul Baptist Church in Hampton, Arkansas. He was chairman of deacon board, choir president, and director of Ouachita District Choir. He was a veteran.

He is survived by his spouse, Freddie B. Bush and children, James A. Ashley and Jimmie (Bush) Johnson. His brother is Douglas McArthur Thomas, and sisters, Minie L. Thomas, Rosie L. Harris, and Dorothy M. Lench. Grandparents London and Jenny Randall. He had six grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at Mark Funeral Home on Saturday, February 29, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. The burial will be at St. Paul Community Cemetery. Arrangements are by Mark Funeral Home in Fordyce, Arkansas.
