Harold Dane Chandler

Harold Dane Chandler, age 63 of Warren died Sunday, December 20, 2020 at Christus St. Michael Hospital in Texarkana, TX. He was born November 13, 1957 in Warren, Arkansas. He was a retired truck driver. He is preceded in death by his father, Harold Edward Chandler; step father, James Knight; and one brother, Doug Chandler. He is survived by his mother, Merline Knight of Fordyce; two daughters, Amanda Gail Chandler of Camden, Marina Thurman of El Dorado; one brother, Stacey Chandler of Hampton; one sister, Dee Owens of Bearden; five grandchildren and one great grandchild. Graveside services will be 2:00 pm Tuesday at New Hope Cemetery near Hampton with Rev. Robbie Duncan officiating. Arrangements by Benton Funeral Home of Fordyce. Juanita “Dood” Earnest Miller

Juanita “Dood” Earnest Miller, age 87 of Tinsman died Sunday, December 27, 2020 at Timberlane Health and Rebab in El Dorado, Arkansas. She was born August 5, 1933 in Calhoun County, Arkansas. She retired from General Dynamics and was a member of Tinsman First Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by her parents, Arnold Earnest and Audrey Turner Earnest; one brother, Robert Earnest; and two sisters, Jewel Sindle and Billie Johnson. She is survived by her husband, Bobby Miller of Tinsman; two sons, Kenny (Sherry) Miller of Tinsman, Mike (Jan) Miller of Tinsman; one daughter, Pam (Bryan) Morse of Maumelle; one sister, Maxine Henderson of Memphis, TN; two grandchildren, Lisa Welch of Hampton and Bryan Miller of Fordyce; and four great grandchildren. In lieu of flowers donation may be made to Tinsman First Baptist Church, 109 East College, Fordyce, AR 71742. Funeral services will be private. Arrangements by Benton Funeral Home of Fordyce. Virgil Gene Graybill, 77 of Hampton passed away December 29, 2020 at The VA Hospital in Little Rock. He was born on November 6, 1943 in Little Rock, Arkansas to the late Virgil James Graybill and Rose Marie Koch Graybill.

Charles “Jack” Avant

Charles “Jack” Avant, 89, died December 2, 2020. Mr. Avant was born March 22, 1931 in Hampton, AR to Leonard and Vera Avant. He was a faithful member of Elliott Baptist church and a veteran of the United States Air Force, having served during the Korean Conflict. He was an avid fisherman and hunter and loved spending time outdoors.
