Hampton Elementary Learns About 9/11

Chief Deputy Andy Carter spoke to students at Hampton Elementary School about 9/11. He told the students he was a junior at Hampton High School when the towers fell and remembered seeing it on television.
Carter told the students he served in the army in Afghanistan in 2011-2012. He informed the students of the events that happened on that tragic day. He told the students how the United States responded to the attacks. After his presentation, Carter opened up to questions from students.
