On Tuesday, December 16, 2025, thirty-seven Kindergarten students and 14 Head Start enrollees received Christmas stockings provided by Calhoun County Extension Homemakers. With support from Calhoun County Health Unit – Mr. Arnell Washington, CADC – Mrs. Tanya Lewis, and Office Emergency Services – Mrs. Chelsea Sartor. The stockings were filled with coloring books, crayons, apples, oranges, peppermint sticks, pencils, toothbrush & toothpaste, Eat Healthy with Elmo book, and Grinch T-shirts.
