Ryan Parker, Quail Forever Arkansas Coordinator and Stephanie Clingenpeel, Quail Forever Arkansas Farm Bill Biologist spoke to the Calhoun County Cattlemen about wildlife & quail habitats and native forages. They provided them with information on programs available that offer funding for these initiatives.
