Local store owner gives back to the community in the best way she knows how, with second chances. Brooke Ricker, owner of Second Chances and Miss Glitz Pageant Rental, visited St John’s nursing home in Fordyce on July 7. Along with her mom and grandma, Brooke was able to let these residents “shop around” for clothes, accessories, and goodies all thanks to the generous donations of Hampton community members. “I just want to be able to give back.” Says Ricker.
