Businesses Make Changes Due to COVID-19

With the coronavirus affecting the country, Calhoun County is also being affected. Local businesses are having to adapt to the changes caused by the virus. Below are what local businesses are doing differently and how you can support them:

• Thornton City Hall is asking people to conduct business by phone if possible. They do have a drop box for bill payment and water bills have a website for online payment.

• SATCO is closing their main office to the public, but business can be done over the phone or at the drive through window. The night deposit box is also open.

• Shelter Insurance/Hodnett Realty put out a drop box outside their door for people that choose not to come in. The main office is still open to the public.
