The Horses Are Back?, Maybe...

The Hampton City Council meet on May 8 for what was expected to be a short meeting, as nothing new was on the agenda. The meeting opened with approving the minutes and went to comments from the Mayor and Aldermen. Alderman Gresham proposed a list of requirements to allow people who live in the city limits to have horses. Gresham, who currently has horses in the city limits, proposed the list so he and anyone else who abides by the regulations proposed may keep horses in the city.
