Senator Garner Tours School

State Senator Trent Garner visited Hampton Elementary as part of the “Bring Your Legislator to School” month in Arkansas. Hampton Elementary Principal Tom Sawyer gave Garner a tour of the school.
The senator spoke to several elementary classes. He told the students what the state senate does and the importance of laws. He also talked about how important teachers are and the importance of education. Garner will visit other school districts in the district throughout the month of September.
