Young Appointed as Point of Contact for District

The Hampton School District appointed Jana Young as the district’s point of contact for COVID related cases or probable close contact. Her role will be to identify possible COVID cases or possible cases of probable close contact. Young will immediately contact the Arkansas Department of Health for guidance as well as the parents of those students who are affected. The Hampton School Board approved a $2,500 stipend for Young for her role as the point of contact.
The graduation dates for the 2020-2021 school year were approved by the school board:
• Seniors: May 14 at 7:00 p.m.
