City of Thornton Proclaims Blue & You Foundation Day

Libby Coates, the Mayor of the City of Thornton in south Arkansas, declared Oct. 28 as Blue & You Foundation Day, thanking the Foundation for two grants that allowed the city to resurface a walking trail and build exercise stations along the trail.
