Devoted husband to Monica Clemons Slade of 10 years. Loving father to Jacob Slade; Mary Beth Slade; Matthew Slade; Andrea Tyler; Konrad Williams (Taylor); and Thadeus Williams (Alexis). Proud Poppy to 11 grandkids and 2 great grandkids. Buzz spent 41 years at Perry’s Body Shop and loved his work family.
