He was also preceded in death by his grandparents, James Martin Johnson and Ella Johnson of Ingalls and George Louis Hamilton and Myrtie Marie Childers Hamilton of the Sumpter Community.

He is survived by his wife, Donna Johnson; a brother, Jason (Cara) Johnson of Hot Springs; a sister, Rhonda (Andy) Chambliss of Hampton; nieces, Sunnie Wood of Sheridan, Jacie (Montana) Scott of Hermitage, Izzie Johnson of Hot Springs; nephew, Dylan Johnson of Springs; and great-nephews, Ezra and Oliver Wood of Sheridan; his special Unchle (uncle) Richard; along with many other family and friends.

Greg was a dedicated truck driver who spent many years on the road and was a member of Union Hill Baptist Church in Ingalls. He was known for his easygoing nature and quiet strength. Through life's ups and downs, Greg remained steadfast and a dependable presence to those who knew and loved him.

Memorial services were Tuesday, April 21, Union Hill Baptist Church, Ingalls, Arkansas.
