Brother Michael A. Williams

December 2, 1958, to the late James Foster and the late Savannah Williams in El Dorado, Arkansas.

Michael became a child of God at an early age and confessed his faith in Christ and was baptized at the Morning Star Baptist Church. He later united with the First Baptist Church of Harrell, Arkansas under the leadership of Rev. Thaddeus Shelton, and the current pastor Rev. Donald Bridges.

He received his education in the El Dorado Public School System, graduating in 1978. Upon graduation he began working at Warner Brown Hospital in El Dorado in the custodial department. He later trained as a reserve office and began working part time as a reserve officer with the El Dorado Police Department. Shortly after, he was promoted to security at Warner Brown.

He was united in holy matrimony to Elisabeth Byrd for 2 years and to his union was one daughter (April). He later moved to Ocala, Florida and resided there for many years. In 2009 he returned home to El Dorado. He met his current wife, Mary Bush, and they were united in Holy Matrimony on April 17, 2010 at First Baptist, Harrell, Arkansas.

Preceding him in death: his parents, one brother, Jimmy Williams, three sisters, Annette Newton, Sandra Scott, Carolyn Williams and a granddaughter Angel Richmond.

He leaves to cherish his loving memory, his wife, Mary Williams of Harrell, Arkansas: a daughter April Williams, Shreveport, Louisiana: one step daughter Billie Jean Brown, Camden, Arkansas: a son Wallace Bush (Felicia) Hampton, Arkansas: two brothers, Reginald Williams (Terrie), San Antonio, Texas: Gerald Williams (Denice), Millersville, Baltimore: a sister, Brenda Billings (Freddie), Junction City, Arkansas: 14 grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Four uncles, four aunts, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
