Cecil W. Hartley

Cecil W. Hartley, 96 of Hampton, died Thursday March 18, 2021. He was born June 27, 1924 in Cleveland County to the late Mason Hartley and Susie Trammell Hartley. He was a Navy veteran who served during World War II.

He is survived by his wife of 72 years Beth T. Hartley of Hampton; four children: Vickie Busse of Rogers, Susan Desadier of Benton, Louisiana, Bill Hartley of Royal, and Tom Hartley of Arkadelphia; eleven grandchildren: Shane Sims of Benton, Scarlett Goodwin of Canon City, Colorado, Christopher Hartley of Royal, Richard Retford of Glenwood, Melissa Jarrett of Waco, Texas, Anna Fasolino of Texarkana, Texas, Aaron Hartley of Arkadelphia, Josiah Hartley of Arkadelphia, Daniel Hartley of Kansas City, Missouri, Abby Lindsey of Kentucky, Micah Hartley of Arkadelphia; and 21 great grandchildren.
