Donnie L. Nowlin, 67, of Texarkana, Arkansas died Tuesday, February 28, 2017 at his home. He was born January 21, 1950 in Hampton, Arkansas. He is preceded in death by his parents, William Cecil Nowlin and Eula Mae Martin Nowlin; and one grandson, Casey Nowlin. He is survived by his wife, Judy Nowlin of Texarkana; two sons, Kenneth Nowlin of Lockesburg, Jeffrey Nowlin of Texarkana; one step-son, David Blanton of Whitewright, TX; one daughter, Amber McCormack of Texarkana; one brother, Randy Nowlin of Hampton; five sisters, Betty Howard of Arkadelphia, Patricia Stringfellow of El Dorado, Kay McKinney of Kingsland, Rose Mary Golden of Kingsland, and Martha Braswell of Hampton; six grandchildren and one great grandchild. Visitation will be Thursday 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Faith Chapel Pentecostal Church in Texarkana, AR. A second visitation will be Friday 12:00 pm until 2:00 pm at First Assembly of God Church in Hampton. Funeral services will immediately follow the visitation with Rev. Randy Smith and Rev.
