Gerald Ware

Gerald Ware was born February 6, 1963 in Hampton, Arkansas by the late Lillie Pearl Ware and Elijah Ware. He departed this life on January 28, 2017 at his home in St. Louis, MO.

Gerald was an Alma at Hampton High School. He then served eight years in the United States Army. He worked at Aerospace, and also at the Prestress in Hampton, Arkansas until he became blind. He was declared legally blind in 1986.

Gerald was preceded in death by his mother Lillie Pearl Ware, his sister Evelyn Pearl (Ware) Leonard, and a nephew William (Nookie) Earl Ware.

Gerald leaves to cherish his memory his wife of ten years Annette Moorehead, three step children Palvin Jones, Nafesa Moorehead of Dallas, Texas, Radead Jones (Moose) who preceded him in death. His dad Elijah Are (Ruth) of Hampton, Arkansas, his siters Gwen Moore, Phyllis Ware, Jacquelyn Ware all of Hampton, Arkansas, Bernita Ware of Monticello, Arkansas. His brothers Kevin Ware (Jennifer) of Hampton, Jeffery Ware of Wilmar, Arkansas, Malik Ware of Arkadelphia, Arkansas, host of nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and cousins.

Gerald also leaves a special friend Diane Ponder of St. Louis, Missouri.
