Janie Louise Milam Buzbee

Janie Louise Milam Buzbee, 92 of Hampton died Sunday July 17, 2022 at her home. Born December 26, 1929 at Prescott, she was a daughter of the late Hooper D. Milam and Bertie Huey Milam. She was a homemaker. She was selfless, an anchor for her family, always putting them first.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband of 65 years, Kenneth “Neal” Buzbee; three brothers, Huey Milam, Homer Milam, Doug Milam; three sisters, Myrthal Huntsman, Anna Mae Underwood, Ruth Dunn.

She is survived by three daughters, Janie (Rob) Brown of Hampton, Bertie (Keith) Coleman of Hampton, Barbara (Mike) Means of Hampton; two sisters, Dorothy Tackett of Camden, Eunice Haskins of Sheridan; nine grandchildren, Jason Heath of Hampton, Amy (John) Dempsey of Cabot, Stephanie (Robert) Morris of Fulton, David Brown of Ft. Smith, Sami (Colby) Daniell of Hampton, Tiffany (Jonathan) Lucas of Hampton, Jordan (Taylor) Brown of Hampton, Jacob Thompson of Bearden, Savannah (Kaleb) Belin of Hampton; fifteen greatgrandchildren.

The family will receive friends Tuesday from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Campground Cumberland Presbyterian Church at Hampton. Funeral services will be 10:00 am Wednesday at Campground Cumberland Presbyterian Church with Rev. Mike Nutt and Rev. Wayne Tompkins officiating. Burial will follow at Campground Cemetery.
