Judy Darlene Barksdale of Hampton,

Judy Darlene Barksdale of Hampton, AR passed away at the age of 72 surrounded by loved ones on November 4, 2023. Judy was born March 27, 1951 in Malvern; AR. Judy was the loving wife of Jerry Barksdale, whom she shared 51 long years of marriage. Judy was a devoted wife, sister, mother, and grandmother. Her house was always full of children, grandchildren, family, and friends. She cherished her years working as a beautician in town for many years. After retirement she spent her years spoiling grandkids with her loving spirit. Her love was unconditional and abundant to everyone she knew.

Judy is proceeded in death by parents James Furr and June Ferguson Furr; sister Linda Gayle Purifoy.

She is survived by sisters Mary Furr Madera and Paula Furr Murphy; children Cody Barksdale and Kelly Barksdale; grandchildren Cole Barksdale, Emma Sullivent (Hunter Word), Gerrett Sullivent, Hagen Sullivent (wife Aubrey Sullivent), and Ty Whitmer; great grandchildren: Elijah, Avah, and Jace Barksdale.
