Young Hornets Come to Hampton

The Bullpups met H.G. for four games, at home, with the 7th grade girls and boys and the junior girls and boys playing one game each. The Hornets won both girls games and Hampton won both boy’s games.

The 7th grade girls lost 9 to 8 and the junior girls lost 19 to 5. In the 7th grade contest Brooke Ricker had 4 points; Kyesha Thomas and Chesney Reynolds had 2 each.

The 7th grade boys really showed out in their 20 minutes on the court. The Pups were in scoring mode coming off the bench. These young men have played together for four years, they have fun playing basketball and they like winning.
