Hampton Senior High boys basketball participated in a summer basketball camp at El Dorado High School. Hampton defeated Nevada County and Junction City. After having only four practices since Hampton hired Coach Brandon Jones, the Bulldogs show promise in their upcoming season. Coach Jones states, ’I was impressed with the way we shot the ball around the perimeter. HHS Waxes Over Time Constraints
With the upcoming year starting sooner than usual, Hampton Schools were concerned with what little time they had to finish all of their normal summer upkeeps. Summer time for Hampton’s custodial crew usually consists of lots of mopping, waiting, and waxing. This task on average takes up to 6 weeks of hard labor.
