Hampton School District Guidelines for School Year

The first day of school is scheduled to start on Monday, August 24. With COVID-19, the upcoming school year will look different than previous years. Hampton Superintendent Doug Worley told the Hampton School Board they will follow the guidelines provided by the Centers for Diseases Control and Prevention(CDC), Arkansas Department of Health(ADH), and the Arkansas Department of Education(ADE). It is important to note that all guidelines are subject to change.

Students Raise Money For Future Farmers of America

The Hampton Future Farmers of America (FFA) held a fundraiser selling Esau’s Corn, out of Dumas, at the old Shell gas station at the stoplight. On Monday, the students sold 175 bags of corn out of a total of 195 bags. The FFA wants to thank everyone who came by and supported the program.
