Back for the fourth year in a row, the South Arkansas Literary Festival brings together a lineup celebrating Arkansas stories, home-grown talent and the robust history of the region on June 12.

The County’s Newest Addition
The quorum court met at Dr Rhine Park this week. Throughout the year the court meets at various locations to highlight the county’s properties. Judge Floyd Nutt provided fried fish for a meal before the meeting started. Dr. Rhine Park located in the north part of the county has been around for over fifty years and was used by many with camp sites and dog kennels used for hunting and shows.
The people of Champagnolle Creek would like to express their greatest appreciation to all that came and helped with the cleanup and power restoration after the storm on Sunday, May 9.
